If you are registering on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
eHisab is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for Indian businesses. The Service includes the following integrated modules:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or module of the Service at our discretion, with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.

Access to eHisab is available on a subscription basis. Pricing is charged per user per month as per the plan selected at the time of registration.
You agree to use eHisab only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations. You must not:
Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All rights, title, and interest in and to eHisab — including its software, design, code, trademarks, logos, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of Icreate Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.
Your business data entered into eHisab remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Your use of eHisab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described therein.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and automated backups to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the Service. We will not disclose your business data to third parties except:
eHisab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Information generated by eHisab — including GST reports — is based on data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your input data and for compliance with applicable tax laws. We recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant for tax filings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Icreate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of eHisab, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@icreatesolutions.in. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding dues, or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
Data After Termination: Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your data from our servers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email or in-app notification.
